The idea

For generation questions, keep the named model fixed and compare its body, grille and light shapes across the pictured examples.

Think it through

The round shows an F80 M3 and a G80 M3, both with four-door sedan bodies. Which front-end cue from the lesson helps distinguish these two photographed generations?

Show the reasoning

The F80 has lower horizontal kidney grilles; the G80 has very tall vertical grilles. Keep the sedan body in view too, so a striking grille does not replace the complete comparison.
