The 335i Coupé offers the N54 in the E92 body. Beside the V8 M3, it demonstrates how very different engines can sit behind similar-looking BMW coupé shapes.

The N54 has six cylinders and two parallel turbochargers. Each turbo is fed by three cylinders.
Two turbos, not two scrolls.
Exhaust energy turns two turbine wheels. Their compressors supply pressurized air to the intake through charge-air cooling.
Direct injection.
Fuel is injected into the combustion chambers by a high-pressure system. The selected N54 does not have Valvetronic.
